AML

Candyland Casino complies with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 (AML/CFT Act), effective from June 30, 2013. As required by law, all financial institutions must obtain, verify, and maintain identifying information for every customer who opens an account.

To fulfill this obligation, Candyland has implemented a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Program (AML Program), based on risk assessment principles. The goals of this program are as follows:

  • To detect and deter money laundering and the financing of terrorism;
  • To contribute to public confidence in the financial system.

By creating an account with Candyland, you confirm your acceptance of the following conditions:

  • You guarantee compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws and regulations, including but not limited to the AML/CFT Act and its current and future amendments.
  • You confirm that:
    • The funds used for your deposits are not derived from, or connected to, illegal activities as defined by national or international law;
    • Your activity on the platform will not be used to finance unlawful or prohibited activities.
  • You agree to provide, upon request, any documentation or information required for identity verification or AML compliance.

In accordance with our AML Program, Candyland conducts initial and ongoing due diligence on every customer. The level of monitoring and verification is determined by the risk profile associated with each player.
